Tidy Up Together Outfits

What the official customization post unlocked, and what cosmetics never change.

Outfits and Customization

Malum Games posted a Steam announcement titled Demo Release & Customization before launch. The note is short and useful: the demo went live, feedback should go to Steam Discussions or the studio Discord, and a customization feature lets you change how your character looks with different outfits and outfit colours. That is the entire official wardrobe document. This page expands it without inventing a fashion DLC the store never listed.

If you came here looking for a damage skin or a carry-size costume, stop. Outfits are cosmetic. They do not make Leviathan smaller. They do not replace the first skill. They do not unlock a fourth shop. They exist so two friends in multiplayer can tell each other apart in a pile of potions.

What the studio actually shipped

The live store page lists Character Customization with multiple outfits as a key feature. The August customization news adds colour variants on top of those outfits. Launch reviews that liked the game often mentioned dressing the character as a plus, in the same breath as the cartoony art. That is the player-facing version of the same feature: you pick a look, then you tidy.

There is no public patch that names every robe, hat, or dye. This wiki will not publish a fake catalog with rarity tags. Open the in-game customization panel, cycle what you own, and pick something readable. High-contrast colours help in the Leviathan Store, where a friend can vanish into brown crates.

Clothes also appear as stock on the floor. A launch review that listed swords, shields, potions, pastries, sushi, and clothes was talking about products, not your wardrobe. Do not wear the shop. Shelve the shop. The item categories page keeps those piles in the fabric wing so they do not hide under food.

When to customize

Do it before Wyrmling if you care about screenshots. Do it again before a co-op night so the host can say “teal coat takes potions” instead of “you, no, the other you.” Do not spend the first evening hunting a perfect look. Coins are for movement. See Getting Started.

If the panel is missing, you are probably in a loading state or in a menu that is not customization. The official post did not publish a keybind. Use the on-screen buttons the same way you use the rest of the controls page: read what the client shows, do not invent F-keys.

What outfits will never do

They will not fix tight pickup hitboxes. They will not add auto-shelf. They will not make coins arrive faster than about every two percent. They will not translate the English client. They will not turn this title into Mall: Tidy Up Together or into Shelves and Sorcery. If a store screenshot of a costume looks like a supermarket uniform, you are looking at a different Steam game.

A French launch review that disliked the design was not talking about outfits. It was talking about matching shelves and the green silhouette. Cosmetics will not answer that complaint. If that complaint is yours, play the demo and read the review hub before you buy a hat.

Co-op manners for costumes

Pick colours that survive the shop lighting. Tell the group your colour before you split wings. Do not change mid-session unless someone is actually lost. If a new player joins late, give them ten seconds in the customization panel, then start. Leviathan is a friendship test about volume, not about fashion week.

Keep the cat in mind. The hidden pet the cat badge does not care what you wear. The animal is still in the shop. Pet it after you finish posing.

How this page will grow

If Malum Games names outfits in a later announcement, this page becomes a table. Until then, treat the official sentence as the cap: outfits plus colours, cosmetic only, added with the demo. Feedback still goes to Discord or Steam, not to this unofficial wiki.

When you are dressed, go back to the tidy loop on how to play. The wizard did not scatter your wardrobe. He scattered the stock. Put the stock back.

When did customization arrive?

A Steam community post titled Demo Release & Customization announced outfits and outfit colours with the live demo.

Is there a complete official outfit list?

Not on the public store or news posts. Cycle what the client shows. This wiki will not invent names.
