Ability Planner

Keep this planner next to the upgrade panel. When a coin tick arrives, buy the first unmarked row that exists in your build. If a row is not in your panel, skip it. This page ranks functions from launch play. It does not invent official node titles.

The essay behind the list is upgrade order. The ranking behind the essay is the skill tier list. If you are on a no-skills run, close this tab.

Spend list

  1. Hunt or highlight function for the product in your hand.
  2. Auto-grab or collect-match function.
  3. Walk speed.
  4. Carry capacity.
  5. A second rank in whichever of those four you feel every minute.
  6. The other second rank.
  7. Only now, comfort nodes that are not cosmetics.
  8. Cosmetics and leftovers on the way to Skills Maxed.

Cross a line when you have bought it. If you play multiplayer, write initials beside a line so two people do not both buy highlight first.

Shop gates

  • Before a timed Wyrmling: at least line 1.
  • Before Dragon: lines 1 through 4 if the drip allowed it.
  • Before Leviathan: lines 1 through 6, and a group plan.
  • Before a clock: hunt plus speed. See time challenges.
  • Before a no-skills badge: zero lines. See achievements.

If the panel disagrees with this page

Believe the panel. If a node clearly reduces walking or hunting, it belongs in the first four lines even if we used different words. If a node is an outfit, it belongs at the bottom. If a node is named Auto-Placement and you are sure you are in app 4950470, screenshot it; that would be news, because launch reviews said that tool was missing.

Do not import a planner from Mall: Tidy Up Together. Their named skills are a different product.

After the tree is full

You are done planning. Go tidy. The planner cannot find the last pineapple. How to find items can. The shop checklist can tell you which floor you still owe yourself. This page can only stop you from wasting the next coin.

A worked example

You finish a first Wyrmling clear and the panel lights up. Buy hunt. You start Dragon and the building already feels long. Buy walk speed, then carry. A friend joins and already has grab. You skip grab and deepen highlight so the pair covers both S-tier functions from the skill tier list. That is the planner working. A bad example is both of you maxing a cute node while you still cross the shop for every bottle.

If coins tick during a messy aisle, do not open the panel in a doorway. Park, spend, then hunt. The two-percent drip is slow enough that a thirty-second pause will not lose a clock unless you are already on the last minute of Wyrmling’s 30.

Write the next unmarked line on paper if you hate tabs. The planner is allowed to become a sticky note. It is not allowed to become a second hobby that replaces tidying.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What if my first skill is not highlight or grab?

Buy the closest hunt or movement node you actually have. Do not wait for a name this page invented.

Should I reset if I already spent badly?

Only if you need a clean no-skills save. Otherwise follow the list with the next ticks.

Does the planner work for the demo?

Yes as a feel test. Demo coins do not replace a full-game tree. Start over on Wyrmling after you buy.

Is there a respec button?

Not in the public store copy. Spend as if the coins are gone.
