Tidy Up Together Dragon Store Walkthrough
The mid Adventurer shop where the coin drip and the walking tax show up.
The Dragon Store is the middle floor of Tidy Up Together. Steam markets it around 2,500 items. A launch review counted 2,321. That is the first shop that can feel like work if you arrived from a generous tidy-up game with auto-shelf and per-shelf skill points.
This page assumes you already finished Wyrmling. If you have not, go back. Dragon is a worse teacher and a better test.
What changes after Wyrmling
The loop is identical: pick up, match, place, watch the green silhouette. The tax is distance. You will walk past the same wreckage more often. Coins still arrive about every two percent, so carry size and walk speed grow slower than your impatience. Japanese and English launch notes both called this out. If you hate that drip, read the review before you buy more time in this shop.
A sane Dragon plan:
- Enter with at least the first movement or hunt upgrade from the upgrade order.
- Split the store into wings even if you are solo. Finish one wing’s category before you cross the building.
- Use highlight-style help, once you have it, for the last ten percent. Stragglers are where Dragon steals an hour.
- Invite a friend if the floor starts to feel personal. Multiplayer is the intended mood, not a concession.
Do not rainbow-stack. A mixed armful that you cannot place in one aisle is a walking tax you chose. The how to find items page is the solo version of a runner role.
Achievements that live here
- Dragon Store Tidied — any legal clear.
- Dragon Time Challenge — under 2 hours.
- Dragon No Skills — a clear with no upgrades.
The two-hour clock is the first badge that asks you to respect upgrades. A no-skills Dragon clear is a pride run. Do not combine them unless you like pain. Details sit on time challenges and achievements.
Launch-weekend unlock rates already dropped hard on this floor. That is not a hint that the shop is bugged. It is a hint that many buyers finished Wyrmling, petted the cat, and went to bed. You can be in that group and still like the game.
When to leave Dragon alone
Leave if pickup still feels broken after you lowered sensitivity on controls. Leave if you expected unique locked slots and the matching rule still makes you angry. Leave if you are only here to compare it to Shelves and Sorcery or a mall tidy game; those comparisons belong on the review, not on this floor.
Stay if you like the music, the cartoony shop, and the idea that a mid-size wreck is a Sunday activity. Stay if you have one friend who will take the other wing. Stay if you want the two-hour badge as a clean personal record.
When the floor is empty, look at the time, tick the shop checklist, and only then open Leviathan. The large shop is not a slightly bigger Dragon. It is the title’s thesis about friends.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
How big is the Dragon Store?
Steam says about 2,500 items. A launch review counted 2,321. It is the mid floor either way.
Why does Dragon feel slower than Wyrmling?
More walking and the same two-percent coin drip. Upgrades that felt optional on the small floor become the pace.
Is the two-hour challenge realistic solo?
Yes if you already spent coins on movement and hunt help. Treat the first clear as a scout if you arrive under-upgraded.
Should I invite friends for Dragon?
Not required, but a two-person wing split turns the mid shop back into a cozy session.
